Avocado & Banana Weekend Smoothie Bowl Time to get your blenders out!! Can't go wrong with avocado & banana as the base to most smoothies. Serves 2 small bowls. Ingredients. 1 avocado 1 -2 frozen bananas 1 heaped dessert spoon of coconut yogurt A good handful of fresh spinach leaves 1 handful of almonds- ideally soaked in water for a few hours or over night but if you've a gutsy blender just pop them in. A splash of almond milk (amount depends on blender power) Booster 1 tsp of Vegan Kick Ass smoothie mix from Indigo Herbs Topped with berries, bee pollen & our own brand cacao granola - we live the texture combination between the smoothie & crunch of the granola.
