Berry Blast Friday Smoothie
​Clean Supper Club

A bright berry bursting Smoothie to balance blood sugars, aid gut health & set Friday off in super healthy style!

Ingredients-
1 #kiwi .
Juice 1 #lemon
1 tsp of #coconutoil .
1 small handful of #strawberries
1 small handful of #raspberries
2 tbsp of overnight soaked #flaxseed / #linseeds .
Cover in #coconutwater & blitz until smooth.


Ingredients for digestion & gut health
KIWI, LEMON, FLAXSEED, COCONUT OIL

Ingredients for blood sugar stabilization
BERRIES

We use…
Indigo Herbs for delicious coconut oil
NutriBullet for a super smooth smoothie
&
Kilner jars because everything tastes better ou of glass & we love seeing our vibrant smoothies & you can store them in the fridge too.
