You know that feeling when you don't want a breakfast bowl to finish?
Well that's exactly how this spinach & pineapple smoothie bowl made me feel! Delicious.
The aim of this bowl is to refuel after a work out & to give your gut health a positive start to the day.
1 large handful of frozen banana 🍌
1 small handful of almonds
(soak if you need to help your blender)
6 good chunks of frozen pineapple 🍍
1 dessert spoon of coconut yoghurt
(or full fat natural yoghurt of your choice)
1 handful of spinach leaves
The juice of 1 lemon 🍋
For an extra cleansing boost add a tsp of super green powder (from Indigo Herbs)
Depending on your blender power you may need to add splash of nut milk.
Blend together, spoon into bowl, then top with granola, figs & strawberries 🍓
