Need a chocolate fix? This is our go to recipe for over coming a sweet tooth, using the power of super-foods, without dairy or refined sugar. It’s gorgeous!
1 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
2 Medjool dates – pitted (or 4 small dates)
1 tbsp of Almond Butter
3 ice cubes
½ frozen Banana
A splash of Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional mood boost)
Cover with 200ml of unsweetened Almond milk.
Throw all the ingredients into the blender and blast for a minute or so until smooth.
