It's Monday again & we love to start our week with a great green smoothie…
heres today's recipe …
A handful of fresh spinach
A small handful of cashew nuts
A handful of frozen mango
A chunk of fresh ginger
Small handful of fresh mint leaves
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Cover with unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon of pea protein powder
just testing this product as it's new to us but so far we are liking it. Unlike allot of natural superfood powders it doesn't leave a yucky after taste. Bonus!
