Hello Everyone We hope you had a great weekend? Can any one else believe it’s October???
The Clean Supper Club weeks have changed in the last 4 weeks with Clean Supper Club being part of the #TuesdayClub at Altrincham Market!
Mondays are spent baking and creating all the healthy cakes, bakes & bites and making sure we have all the fresh ingredients for our freshly made smoothies. Then Tuesday we drop the children at school and head to Altrincham to meet up with a fantastic group of super talented stallholders.
If you are in the area come and see us! There will be a new addition this week with some delicious Clean Supper Club raw bliss balls. We have a great selection of vegan; wheat free and refined sugar free treats!
We are finding that each week our stall is evolving, so keep your eyes peeled you never know what might appear next.
Our week in Breakfasts… A collection of glorious smoothies, porridge and smoothie bowls, these keep us fueled through the week. We are defiantly very conscious of our gut health; you’ll find this a continuous theme with our food. We are using more kefir, a cultured milk drink that boosts the health of your micro biome but also is known to boost your immune system. At this time of year this is an overriding theme so many of our breakfasts!
Our Week in Food… Recipe development has created the most delicious foraged blackberry and cinnamon tart, using ingredients from Elements for Life, who sent us a parcel of their heavenly scented products to experiment with! We are back into soup season too, so you’ll be seeing lots more of those.
