What a glorious week it has been! Sunshine & warmer days, exciting meetings and preparation for our first ever foodie photo shoot with Kilner and a long awaited family reunion.
Our Week in Breakfasts- super healthy start to your day!
Our Week in Breakfasts has been packed with beautiful produce and summery tastes. We love the benefits of predominantly veg-based smoothies – refreshing, cleansing, full of vitamins, iron and magnesium. There are so many wonderful combinations! The children have enjoyed super berry smoothies, perfect before they go to school and we’ve had delightful beetroot, a gorgeous raw cacao smoothie (have we ever mentioned how much we love cacao and all its incredible health benefits!?) and a banana & blueberry smoothie bowl in the sunshine.
Our Week in Food- delicious!
Our Week in Food has been full of variety and gorgeous flavours from light salads, family favourite pastas to delightful ramen bowls; we need some more of these in our lives! We’ve savoured our Friday night veggie curry and devoured delicious raw lime and ginger cheesecakes.
It’s been a fantastic week too catching up with family (that’s me, Sarah). My brother and his wife have been visiting from Denver, Colorado. It’s been the perfect excuse (not that we ever really need one) to visit Altrincham Market House, for delicious food and a good catch up. They’ve also loved eating our Clean Supper Club raw cheesecake, granola, curry & smoothie bowls, which are perfect fuel for walking in the beautiful Cheshire countryside!

This week has seen further development with our book. We are now busy piecing together our Clean Supper Club BLAD (anyone!?). A new term for us too! Thankfully we are working with an excitingly creative man who can guide us through this initial process. We are feeling a little less daunted, well today anyway; we may feel completely different tomorrow!
Mid week we experienced our first IT crisis that nearly had us on our knees! But we persevered, stayed calm, got out in the fresh air, took some seriously deep breaths and marched a few laps of the field. Thankfully after a few constructive discussions with our friendly IT man we eventually got it resolved – PHEW!!!!
Friday saw lots of baking to create piles of flapjacks, muffins and our clean millionaire, ready for an 80 strong picnic on Saturday afternoon. Didn't tell anyone that there was a difference to the super treats they were eating, after so many positive responses, we let the cat out of the bag. People were stunned they were eating - wheat free, dairy free and refined sugar free delights! Sneaky we know, but you've got to love our realistic way of clean eating for its deliciousness and then love them more because they are super good for you!
This coming week, thanks to the lovely team at Kilner & Mason Cash we have our first photo shoot! This is incredibly exciting for us and we can’t wait to share the results with you. We’ve some delicious recipes too, using lots of fabulous ingredients with super health benefits.
We are updating our 5 Day Clean Program to give it a more seasonal twist, will be out there for you to enjoy very soon!
