Well thank goodness Clean Supper Club has had a slightly calmer 7 days after last week's dramas. We've enjoyed some gorgeous food, making the most of seasonal produce & indulged in some Clean Supper Club treats including our chocolate orange muffins (recipe coming soon) & a delicious peach dessert!
We've been experimenting in the Clean Supper Club kitchen & have created a perfect Chia jam that we would be lost without. We also had a less successful experiment with a refined sugar free elderflower cordial - lets just say it wasn't the delicious flavour we were expecting, you should have seen our faces (we think we should have removed all the stalks!), we'll try again as we aren't admitting defeat just yet.
We are now all signed up to the I Quit Sugar 8 Week Programme after meeting Sarah Wilson at the Goodroots festival in London last weekend & we're intrigued to learn more about her process & get started. Since we created Clean Supper Club we have both cut out huge amounts of refined white sugar from our lives but there is definitely always room for improvement and anything that helps with the family cutting more out is always a bonus. Keep your eyes peeled for our Blog posts about our progress and how the plan fits with clean eating.
Watch out for our Clean Supper Club recipes that we created for Kilner & Mason Cash as they will continue to appear next week. Lots of great ideas for gorgeous ideas for a super Summer Picnic or supper. Our infused waters & mock-tails are already on their website & our Blog.
