One smoothie to aid & balance digestion & help clear your system. Also to remind you that fresh fruit & veg is marvelous.
One refreshing Green Smoothie…
1 kale leaf (remove the stem)
1 stick of celery
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 of a cucumber
1 small apple
Small handful of fresh mint leaves
Cover with cold water & blend until smooth.
For an extra antioxidant boost add 1 tsp of moringa powder.
