One refreshing Green Smoothie… makes 2 Ingredients 1 kale leaf (remove the stem) 1 stick of celery 1/2 lemon juice 1/4 of a cucumber 1 small apple Small handful of fresh mint leaves Cover with cold water & blend until smooth.
