Woke up & knew exactly what I needed.

Fresh, zesty & pure green vibrancy. Perfect start to shaking off that sluggish feeling 💚
1 stick of celery
1/4 of a cucumber
juice of 1 lemon
Handful of spinach leaves
Small handful of fresh mint leaves
A 4 cm chunk of fresh ginger
Add any super green powder.
1 tsp from wheat grass to spirulina.
Cover with coconut water or water.
I had 50/50.
Then drink up knowing you'll feel so much better for it.
