1 blood orange (peeled) ¼ cup of oats 4 strawberries Juice of 1 lemon 1 good handful of goji berries 1 tsp of turmeric 1 tsp of coconut oil Boost with 1 tbsp of chia seeds Cover with coconut water & blitz until smooth…

GREEN Serene Ingredients
1 green apple 8cm length of cucumber (more or less) 6 Brazil nuts 1 kiwi (peeled) Juice of 1 lime 1 large handful of fresh spinach leaves 1 small chunk of ginger Boost with a few fresh mint leaves. Cover in coconut water or water and blitz until smooth.

As you know Clean Supper Club can't get enough smoothies! We start our day the smoothie way and can frequently be found mid afternoon sipping away on a second. They benefit our lives in so many ways, our families are total converts, once you get into the smoothie habit the days you don't have one you find you are craving them! These recipes can easily be simplified, adapted to your tastes. A great rule of thumb for beginners to create a good flavour combination is to use lots of veg and fruit that are in the same colour range.
