Hello there… We are fiber boosting & keeping our gut happy with this delicious Strawberry & Apple Smoothie bowl. Can make 2 great smoothie just add more nut milk. Ingredients 1 large Apple chopped 8 strawberries (used quite large juicy ones) 1 heaped teaspoon of cashew butter juice of 1/2 a lime 1 1/2 frozen bananas Boosters 1 teaspoon of Maca powder 1 teaspoon of lucuma powder both from Indigo herbs. Add a 150ml of coconut milk & blend, depending on blender power you may need to add more nut milk. Spoon into bowl, top with our scrummy home made granola, strawberries & juicy pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
