BLOOD ORANGE SMOOTHIE

Blood Orange Vitamin Booster.
Here's a filling fruity little number!
This beautiful fruit makes an incredible addition to a Smoothie.

Ingredients

1 ‪Blood Orange (peeled, but don't remove the pith that's left on)‬
1 small ‪Banana
1tsp ‪Coconut oil
1 Inch of fresh Ginger
Small handful of frozen Mango
1/2 juice fresh Lemon
Cover with
Coconut Water


Method

Throw all ingredients into the blender & blitz until smooth!

The citrus in this bright Smoothie can help lower bad cholesterol, aid digestion, help remove toxins and boost your immune system.
Lemons Help alkalise your body, by neutralising acid. They have anti bacterial properties which fight certain types of bacteria.
Blood Oranges are particularly high in anti-oxidants and help keep blood vessels flexible and strong. High levels of Vitamin C & B9.
