Around 150ml coconut cream (depending on thickness)
2 tbsp. unsweetened nut milk
For the topping - a few fresh raspberries, Organic Raw Cacao Nibs & unsweetened desiccated coconut
Equipment Blender or Food processor
Method 1. Place all ingredients into the high-powered blender (or a food processor) and blitz until smooth. If mix is too thick add another tbsp. of coconut cream.
To Serve The Clean Supper Club way of serving - spoon smoothie mix into a bowl and scatter with unsweetened desiccated coconut, Organic Raw Cacao Nibs and beautiful fresh raspberries.
