 Cacao & Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

RECIPE

Serves
1 large bowl
 
Time to prepare
10 minutes
 
Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries
  • 2 large dates
  • 1 heaped tbsp. of Organic Raw Cacao Powder
  • ½ tps. of  Organic Vanilla Powder
  • 1 handful of oats
  • 1 tbsp. of Flax Seeds
  • Around 150ml coconut cream (depending on thickness)
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened nut milk
  • For the topping - a few fresh raspberries, Organic Raw Cacao Nibs & unsweetened desiccated coconut
 
 Equipment
Blender or Food processor
 
Method
1. Place all ingredients into the high-powered blender (or a food processor) and blitz until smooth. If mix is too thick add another tbsp. of coconut cream.
 
To Serve
The Clean Supper Club way of serving - spoon smoothie mix into a bowl and scatter with unsweetened desiccated coconut, Organic Raw Cacao Nibs and beautiful fresh raspberries.
