CLEAN SUPPER CLUB


Any one spotted that we adore a GREEN Smoothie.
Make sure they are tasty & packed full of nutritious Ingredients that will keep you at your best!

Ingredients

Handful of Spinach
Chunk of Cucumber
1/2 an Avocado
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
1 Kiwi peeled
1/2 an Apple
Cover with Coconut water


Method
Throw all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth.

Avocado full of healthy fats and anti-inflammatory properties that keep your joints supple and can help reduce your blood pressure and chance of stroke. Make sure you scrape out the darker green flesh against the skin as this has the most nutritional benefits hidden in it.
