The mini Clean Supper Club members (our children) demand a Smoothie a day! Marvellous for getting 3 portions of their 7 a day before they head to school (happy parents) and there are endless flavour combinations!
Ingredients 1 Apple ½ Banana A large handful of Blueberries (or your favourite berry choice) 200ml Organic whole Milk
Throw all the ingredients into the blender and blast for a minute or so until smooth.

Bananas – so much goodness ready wrapped by nature! We all know Bananas are a great energy boost but their slow releasing sugars are ideal for keeping the children going. A really good source of fibre and potassium, which aids digestion, can help lower blood pressure and strengthens bones.
Blueberries – a perfect little berry with high levels of anti-oxidants. Surprisingly full of fibre (brilliant for digestive health), potassium, Vitamins C & K that all support heart health and balance blood sugars. Good for eye health too!
