Ingredients
1 frozen Banana ½ cup of soaked Cashews (place cashews in bowl, cover with water & leave overnight) ½ - 1tsp Turmeric 2tbsp soaked Chia seeds 1tsp Cinnamon small handful of frozen Mango 2 good handfuls of Pineapple (fresh or frozen) small of handful of Oats 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 cup of Coconut Milk Topped with Pomegranate seeds.
Throw all the ingredients into the blender and blast for a minute or so until smooth.
