If you are looking for a warming, all round amazing, make at home healthy drink, this is one of our favourites!
Ingredients 1tsp of ground Turmeric, Tiny pinch of Cayenne Pepper (depending on how brave you are!) 1/4tsp of ground Ginger 1tsp of vanilla extract 1tsp of raw honey all stirred in to a pan of warm (about 500ml) unsweetened Almond milk.
It's also lovely with just a cup of warmed nut milk, 1 tsp of turmeric and a squeeze of raw honey.
Method Place all ingredients into a pan, warm gently whilst stirring occasionally.
Once you’ve made a batch keep some in the fridge it’s lovely chilled too!
